Fees

Self Funding: 

- An initial consultation: £250

- A follow-up consultation: £200

In the instance you need further treatment/procedures, The New Foscote Hospital, Nuffield Health or OUH private healthcare will provide you with the costs associated, these will be a packaged price that include both hospital and provider fees.

For Insured Patients: 

If you have private medical insurance, please contact your insurer before your consultation to check the terms of your policy, particularly the level and type of outpatient cover you have, including any reimbursement limits on individual consultation or procedure fees. Please note that you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. 

Hair loss patients: as the majority of insurance companies do not cover hair loss consultations & do not recognise the need for longer appointment times, all alopecia/hair loss consultations will be conducted on a self-funded basis.

Hair Appointments:

Due to the added complexity and time required to adequately examine and then plan management for hair loss, longer appointments are necessitated.

Self funding:

- An initial hair consultation: £300 (min 45 mins)

- A follow-up hair consultation: £225

Insured:

The majority of insurance companies do not cover hair loss consultations & do not recognise the need for longer appointment times. Therefore all alopecia/hair loss consultations will be conducted on a self-funded basis. 

If you book your consultation without mentioning that you are attending for a hair loss appointment the likelihood is that your consultation will have to be lengthened and you will be invoiced for the value of an extended appointment.
